Seattle Trip - Monday: The Locks & Gasworks
Back in the first week of August, we took a family vay-cay to Seattle to meet up with Cameron's family (minus the Californians - sniff, sniff). It was good times. And because of the plethera of pictures taken, I am going to make each day there an individual post (thanks for the idea, Camille) so as to save you from an extremely loooong post.
Gramma D & Ethan, & Carson, me, Kate (on my front), & Jake (behind) walking inbetween the two Locks. The boys liked watching the water rise and all the different sized boats get moved through.
Jake, Carson, & Ian watching the Salmon swim through.
Cool sculpture up on top. Carson was hitting grump mode. :(
GasWorks Park. The kids loved running around and on all the machinery.
But of course, they eventually found the water much more enticing.

What a great trip. By the way, you look fantastic! Just like the girl I remember. Seattle looks fascinating.
